Watch List: Winter 2017

2017 just start which mean a new anime season is coming. The Fall 2016 gave me anime series that I read enjoyed like Yuri on Ice and Drifters. Let’s see which Winter 2017 anime will be on my watch list.

New Series

Youjo Senki

Genre:
Military, Magic

Synopsis:

On the front lines of the war, there is a little girl. Blond hair, blue eyes, and porcelain white skin, she commands her squad with lisping voice. Her name is Tanya Degurechaff. But in reality, she is one of Japan’s most elite salarymen, reborn as a little girl after angering a mysterious being who calls himself God. This little girl, who prioritizes efficiency and her own career over anything else, will become the most dangerous being amongst the sorcerers of the imperial army.

Hand Shakers

Genre:
Action

Synopsis:

The anime takes place in Osaka in “AD20XX,” and revolves around the Hand Shakers—partners who can summon “Nimrodes,” weapons born from their deep psyche by joining hands. In order to grant the pair’s wish, the Hand Shakers compete with and fight other Hand Shaker pairs. The top pair will then meet and challenge “God.”
“They, the receivers of the Revelation of Babel. They, the challengers to God.
They, who inevitably throw themselves into battle with their partners. What does God want from them?
And did they want powers exceeding that of Gods? The chosen ones, their souls linked,
join hand in hand for the Ziggurat where the fighting shall ensue.”

Nanbaka

So this is the anime I will watch for the Winter 2017 season, if I can find them all of course. Hopefully I will not drop any of them. I might add Chaos; Child to the list not sure yet. I think I will have to watch Chaos; Head before.

Which Anime are you looking forward for the Winter 2017 season?

  1. Beside ACCA, I’ll be watching Kuzu no Honkai (Scum’s Wish) and ēlDLIVE. I might check out other series too, that depends on what others will write about them.

    • For the fall season I watched 6 animes series and I was able to watch them all, without being too much behind, I catch up on Nanbaka this morning. For the Winter season I pick 5, hopefully I will be able to watch them all without falling behind.
