Kpop in Anime: A Pink

A Pink is a six members South Korean girl group sign under the label Plan A Entertainment( A Cube Entertainment). The group debut in 2011 with their first EP entitle Seven Spring of A Pink with “Mollayo” as the first single.

A Pink is quite new in on the Japanese market, they only made their official debut in 2014 with the Japanese version of “NoNoNo” that can be found on Pink Season along side “Mr. Chu” and “Luv”.

In 2016 the release the song “Brand News Days” that can be found on their 2nd Japanese album Pink Doll. The track is presently used as opening for the anime Rilu Rilu Fairilu. This single is also their 1st Japanese song that wasn’t a remake of a Korean track.

“NoNoNo”

I always seen A Pink as a cute bubbly group and I hope it never change. The cute girl group concept suites them well.

So far my favorite tracks from the group are the Korean version of “NoNoNo” ,released in 2013 and is part of the Secret Garden EP, “Mr. Chu” release in 2014 that you can found on the Pink Blossom EP and lastly “Luv” also release in 2014 on the Pink Luv EP. While the two first song are cute song, the last one have a sadder meaning despite is upbeat dynamic.
